Positive Action is a term I’ve coined for my way of Life Coaching. It simply means taking positive steps towards change, healing and growth

A Life Coach is a trained professional who helps you maximise your potential and live your best life. Life Coaching is a technique that helps individuals develop the life skills they need the most to create and live the life they want to live.

A life coach is different from a therapist. Therapists are trained in clinical techniques of psychology and usually help with past and present issues. A Life Coach, on the other hand, works with clients to set goals and achieve them; and in the process helps them breakthrough limiting beliefs while building new mindsets. Life Coaching is about growth, change and evolution.

Anyone who is ready to leave the past behind and work towards building the future they desire to live. In today’s world, life coaching is a very powerful way of overcoming anxiety, leveling up in career aspirations and changing your behavior to heal your relationships.

The Positive Action Coaching Program is a 12-session, 3-month program. Each session is progressive and the three months allow you to take tiny steps consistently to create the massive changes you need to make.
